After a brief update on the happenings for non-playoff teams, the girls dive into the Eastern and Western Conference Quarterfinals with the help of our special guests, Elise from http://18568reasonswhy.blogspot.com (reppin’ Minne) and Christina (Lucky13) from http://somelikeitblue.blogspot.com (reppin’ NYR). After talking about each of the Eastern series with a spotlight on the NJ/NYR, the fangirls laugh at Sean Avery (as per usual) for his antics in front of Marty Brodeur while Christina attempted to defend him. A discussion about the Western Conference series follows with emphasis on the MIN/COL and ANA/DAL series. The girls wind down with a brief roundhouse discussion on the refereeing in the playoffs as well as the scheduling of NHL games in the States.

Lastly, there’s a quick update on the Squee Cup standings for the HLOGgers (plus guests).

**NOTE: Finny indicated that during Game 1, Anaheim fans were not allowed to watch warm-ups at the glass, but forgot to mention that the management reversed the decision to allow fans to support the team during warm-ups for Game 2.
